  Theresa A. Lewandowski, 72, of Jonestown passed away on Monday, September 22, 
  2008, at her home. She was the wife of the late John R. Lewandowski. Born in 
  Scranton on November 28, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Ann 
  Cooper Koscuik. She was a member of the Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, Jonestown. 
  She is survived by her son, Stanley Lewandowski of Jonestown; daughters Deborah 
  A., wife of Dale A. Zimmerman of Jonestown, Kathleen R., wife of Tom 
  Tinklenberg of Jonestown, Michele, wife of Lee Blivin of Vineland, N.J., and 
  RoseAnn, wife of Albert Hyde of Hershey; a brother, Joseph Koscuik of Arizona; 
  sisters Bernice Callinan of South Carolina and Elaine Smallacombe of Scranton; 
  six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 
  her brother, Anthony Koscuik. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 
  Thursday, September 25, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, 
  Jonestown. Viewing will be held on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the 
  Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Route 72 and Campmeeting Road, 
  Jonestown. (New Location). Interment will be at the Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The 
  Epilepsy Foundation Western/Central Pennsylvania, 1501 Reedsdale Street, Suite 
  3002, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
