  Dorothy M. Light, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, 82, of Myerstown, 
  Pa., died Saturday, May 10, 2008, at the E. C. C. Retirement Village- Albright 
  Campus, Myerstown, Pa. She was the widow of Maj. Gen. Allen H. Light Jr., who 
  died February 20, 2006. Born in Stouchsburg, Pa., on January 26, 1926, she was 
  the daughter of the late Jay M. and Mabel (Kline) Klopp. She was a 1943 
  graduate of Marion Township High School, a graduate of Frederick's Beautician 
  School, Harrisburg, and Hoyd School of Nursing, Lebanon. A member of 
  Tulpehocken UCC, Richland, Pa., she was a professional artist in oil and 
  acrylic paintings, and enjoyed crafts, particularly designing angels for 
  Christian ministry and giving them to friends. She is survived by sons Dr. 
  Allen J. Light III, J.D., of Carlisle, Pa., Col. Ronald N., husband of Beth 
  Light of Winchester, Virginia, the Rev. Jeffrey D., husband of Theresa Light of 
  Woodville, Virginia, and Gregory J., husband of Lesley Light of Bensalem, Pa.; 
  11 grandchildren; sisters Margaret Davis of Inverness, Florida, Marion, wife of 
  Donald Klick of Myerstown, Pa., and Elsie Klopp of Lebanon, Pa.; and a brother, 
  Donald, husband of Janet Klopp of Bethel, Pa.; several nieces, nephews and 
  cousins; and was preceded in death by brothers Allen and Albert Klopp, and 
  sisters Grace Field and Betty Klopp. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 
  May 14, 2008, at 10 a.m. from Tulpehocken UCC, Richland, Pa. Viewing Wednesday 
  at 9 a.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of 
  flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tulpehocken U.C.C., 961 
  Tulpehocken Road, Richland, PA 17087. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, is in 
  charge of arrangements.
