  Russell L. Long, 60, of 252 S. Partridge St., Lebanon, died Tuesday, October 
  21, 2008, in the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Earlene K. 
  Heberling Long, with whom he was married to for 35 years. He was born November 
  13, 1947, in Lebanon, a son of the late Russell L. Sr. and Salen Williams Long. 
  He was employed as a welder for GSM Industries in Ephrata for over 20 years, 
  and was formerly employed at the Lebanon Steel Foundry. Russell was a member of 
  the Tabor United Church of Christ, Lebanon, R. Field and Stream, A. C. E. of 
  Lebanon. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid NASCAR fan. Surviving in 
  addition to his wife are children Sheri, wife of Matthew Kerr of Hagerstown, 
  Md., Bradley Fields of Lebanon, Coby Long, fianc" of Leann Yoder of Myerstown; 
  grandchildren Kayla Long, Megan Fields, Nathan Fields and McKenzie Kerr; 
  sisters Lorraine, wife of Karl Miller of Lebanon, Susie, wife of Bill Maestof 
  of Texas; brother David, husband of Robin Long of Lebanon. Funeral service will 
  be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., 
  Lebanon, with a viewing beginning on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be 
  made in the Grand View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be 
  made to Earlene K. Long, c/o Rohland Funeral Home Inc., 508 Cumberland St., 
  Lebanon, PA 17042
