  Florence R. Manz, 89, formerly of Elizabeth Avenue, Lebanon, died Friday, 
  September 12, 2008, in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Joseph N. Manz 
  Sr. She was born September 18, 1918, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late George 
  M. and Matilda Miller Donten. Florence enjoyed crocheting, completing word 
  puzzles, and watching birds. She is survived by children James Manz and Joan, 
  wife of Luis Morales, both of Lebanon, Kathryn, wife of Gary Longenecker of 
  Jonestown, Janet, wife of Wayne Bates of Annville; 13 grandchildren; 13 
  greatgrandchildren; and one great-greatgranddaughter; brother Herbert Donten of 
  Lebanon; sister Marguerite Ditzler of Mt. Joy. She was preceded in death by a 
  son, Joseph Manz Jr.; sisters Edna Yeagley, Lillian Manz, Mary Zink and Sarah 
  Donten. Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Rohland 
  Funeral Home, Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon, with a viewing beginning 
  on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Interment in the Grand View Memorial Park. In lieu 
  of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 
  1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
