  Mildred M. Messner, 83, of Annville passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2008, 
  at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Paul W.A. 
  Messner. Born on February 6, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John E. and 
  Esther N. Noll Walborn. She had retired from Indiantown Gap, where she had been 
  employed in housekeeping. She is survived by her sons, Ernest P., husband of 
  Elizabeth Messner, and Leonard L., husband of Kathleen Messner, both of 
  Annville; daughters Linda L., wife of Ronald McFeaters of Annville, Evelyn K., 
  wife of Howard Cassel Jr. of Annville, Shirley A., wife of Richard McConnell of 
  Duluth, Ga., Connie S., wife of Leslie Mickey of Jonestown, and Sandra M., wife 
  of Reinhard Mielke of Palmyra; a brother, Lloyd Walborn of Jonestown; sister 
  Ernestine Moyer of Jonestown; 22 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren. She 
  was preceded in death by her son, Alfred L. Messner; two greatgrandsons, Joshua 
  and Matthew Schneck; an infant brother, John R. Walborn; and sisters Ruth Ruth, 
  Anna Bomgardner and Mary Lou Barnhart. Funeral services will be held on 
  Wednesday, November 26, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral & 
  Crematory, 5 Campmeeting Road, Jonestown. Viewing will be one hour prior to the 
  service. Interment will be at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East 
  Hanover Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the 
  American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312; or to the 
  Lebanon Dialysis Center, 440 Oak St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
