  Mohl Sr., John Edward   
   
   
  John Edward Mohl Sr., age 69, of Manassas, Virginia, went to be with the Lord 
  and his son, David, on Sunday, December 21, 2008, at his home. He was a 
  graduate of Villanova University, a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic 
  Church, Clifton, Virginia, a member of the Knights of Columbus, a retired 
  engineer from IBM, an instructor at ECPI, and an avid tennis player. He was 
  preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Joseph and Eva Sauder Mohl; and one 
  son, David E. Mohl. Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Marian E. 
  Mohl; two children, Kathleen E. Robinson of Manassas and John E. Mohl Jr. and 
  wife Kerri Lynn of Manassas; three sisters, Magdalene Wenger of Lebanon, 
  Pennsylvania, Eva Dishong of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, and Mary Nash of Lebanon, 
  Pennsylvania; three brothers, Andrew Mohl, Anthony Mohl and Joseph Mohl, all of 
  Lebanon, Pennsylvania; and six grandchildren, Andrew W. Robinson, John E. Mohl 
  III, Taryn Mohl, Zachary W. Robinson, Christina Mohl and Daniel W. Robinson. 
  The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2008, at 
  Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. A Mass of Christian burial 
  will be offered 11 a.m. Saturday, December 27, 2008, at St. Andrew the Apostle 
  Catholic Church, 6720 Union Mill Road, Clifton, Virginia. Entombment will 
  follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas. In lieu of flowers, expressions 
  of sympathy may take the form of contributions to American Cancer Society, 124 
  Park Street, SE, Vienna, Virginia 22180, in memory of John E. Mohl Sr.
