  Clara Fidler Owens HERSHEY Clara Fidler Owens, 87, of Palmyra formerly of 
  Hershey passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in the Lebanon Valley Brethren 
  Home, Palmyra. She was born March 4, 1921 in Newport, NJ, a daughter of the 
  late William and Lucrecia (Reeves) Fidler. Mrs. Owens was a graduate of Drexel 
  University; a former assistant manager of Ashie's of Cocoa Alley in Hershey; 
  also an ordained Deacon, Elder and member of the Derry Presbyterian Church in 
  Hershey. She was also a volunteer for the American Red Cross, the Hershey 
  Medical Center, and the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. Surviving are 3 sons: 
  David R. Owens and his wife JoAnn of Helena, AR, Ralph W. Owens and his wife 
  Connie of Schwenksville, PA, and Stephen C. Owens and his wife Nancy of Clarks 
  Green, PA; 1 brother Dr. Larch Fidler and his wife Beryl of VA; 7 
  grandchildren; a great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. She was 
  preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Owens. Memorial services will be 
  held Friday, April 4, 2008, at 10:30 AM in the Derry Presbyterian Church. 
  Friends will be received in the church Fellowship Hall following the service. 
  Interment will be in the Derry Presbyterian Churchyard Cemetery. In lieu of 
  flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Derry 
  Presbyterian Church, 248 E. Derry Road, Hershey, PA 17033. Hoover Funeral Home 
  & Crematory, Inc., Hershey is handling the arrangements. Published in the
