  Phyllis N. Palmasani, 86, of 1233 Tulpehocken Road, Richland, died Sunday, 
  August 24, 2008, at ECC Retirement-StoneRidge Campus, Myerstown. She was born 
  November 2, 1921, in Dunmore, daughter of the late Anthony and Angeline 
  Cagliano Roberto. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Dunmore. 
  She had been employed as a sales clerk. She was an artist, and she enjoyed her 
  grandchildren. Surviving are daughter Martene A., spouse of Michael H. 
  Firestine of Womelsdorf; sister Adaline Michalek of Dunmore; brother Vincent 
  Roberto of Clarks Summit; granddaughters Margeaux L. Firestine and Morgan A. 
  Firestine; brothers-in-law Daniel Palmasani of WilkesBarre and Frank Palmasani 
  of Scranton; and a several nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass of Christian 
  Burial Services will be held Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. at St. 
  Anthony's Catholic Church, 303 Smith Street, Dunmore, followed by cremains 
  interment in the Dunmore Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions 
  may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 1263, Lebanon, PA 
  17042.
