  Calvin A. Parker Sr., age 82, of Lebanon, Pa., died Monday, May 5, 2008, at the 
  Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathryn C. 
  (Uhler) Parker. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia A., wife of Kenneth Boyer of 
  Lebanon; and the seven Parker sons, William J., Calvin A. Jr., James R., Thomas 
  M., and Ted I., all of Lebanon, and Dennis G. of Virginia and John D. of West 
  Virginia; one brother, Furman D. Parker of Annville; also survived by numerous 
  grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. He served as an elder in the Cleona 
  Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Memorial service Saturday at 2 p.m. from 
  Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1870 Colebrook Road, Lebanon. Interment 
  private at convenience of the family. Thompson Funeral Home Inc., Lebanon, is 
  in charge of arrangements.
