  Ivan S. Parker, 78 years, of 1501 Fonderwhite Road, South Lebanon Township. 
  Died of natural causes on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, in the Good Samaritan 
  Hospital. He was the husband of Vivian Weaver Parker, to whom he was married 58 
  years on Sept 16. He was born in Warwick, R.I., on Jan. 16, 1930, the son of 
  Ivan S. Parker Sr., and Stella Bamberger Parker Yeager. He was a 1947 graduate 
  of South Lebanon High School. He served as a merchant marine from 1948 to 1951. 
  A farmer most of his life in South Lebanon Township. He had worked at Alcoa as 
  a foreman for several years, and he also worked at Plain & Fancy Kitchens Inc. 
  He is survived by his wife; sons Mikel T. Parker, Jody D. Parker, both of South 
  Lebanon; a daughter, Tanya Parker of Lebanon; grandchildren Christy, Susan, 
  Corey Parker; and great-grandson Tyler Parker. No services will be held.
