  John M. Potrok, 61, of Lebanon died Monday, May 19, 2008, with family. He was 
  the husband of the late Helen D. Shay Potrok, who died January 4, 2004. Born in 
  Lebanon on May 25, 1946, he was the son of the late John F. and Sophie Adams 
  Potrok. He retired after 33 years of service as a rollmill operator at Alcoa 
  Inc. He was a member of R Field and Stream, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, 
  gardening and cooking. Surviving are two daughters, Janise J., wife of Jeffrey 
  T. Zimmerman of Fredericksburg, and Natasha D. Kale of Fredericksburg; two 
  grandchildren, Kasara M. Kale and Jarret Zimmerman; two sisters, Dorothy 
  Gerhart of Hummelstown and Elaine Kohr of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews. 
  Memorial service Friday at 10 a.m. from Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. 
  Ninth St., Lebanon. Visitation Friday morning from 910 at the funeral home. 
  Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the 
  Good Samaritan Hospital Hospice, 202 Hathaway Park, Lebanon, PA 17042.
