Quilty Jr., 61, 2011 Leinbaugh Ave., Lebanon, died Sunday, November 9, 2008, in the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. He was the husband of Nancy A. Merrill Quilty, to whom he was married for 28 years. He was born Providence, R.I., son of the late George F. Sr. and Christina Walsh Quilty. He had been a tour bus driver and, later, for 30 years, an over the road truck driver. He was a Vietnam War veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served on the riverboats. He had worshiped in the Catholic faith, and had been a member of the Special Police, Providence, R.I., Police Department. In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Rick Bellerive of Bowmanstown, Randy and wife Jeannie Bellerive of Bowmanstown, Chris Lumpkin and wife Diana of Warwick, R.I.; granddaughters Ashley Lumpkin of Warwick, R.I., Bethanie Lumpkin of Denver, Colo.; and brother Timothy J. Quilty of Warwick, R.I. Funeral services Monday, November 17, 2008, at 10 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home Inc., Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon. Interment Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
