  Ethel Mae Reed HARRISBURG Ethel Mae Reed, of Harrisburg, and formerly of 
  Fredericksburg, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2008, at her home. She was the 
  wife of the late Chester B. Reed. Born in East Hanover Township on September 3, 
  1921, she was the daughter of the late Elias H. and Carrie E. Kreiser Yorty. 
  She had worked at the former Frystown Clothing Factory, Grimes Poultry in 
  Fredericksburg, and for the Bethany Children's Home in Womelsdorf. She was a 
  member of the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church and the Fredericksburg 
  Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her daughter, Sheila R. Flickinger and her 
  husband Randal of Harrisburg; a brother, Reginald Yorty of Fredericksburg; 
  sisters Beatrice Miller of Bunker Hill, Christine Daub of Ono and Arlene 
  Zeigler of Lebanon; two grandsons, Ian Segneri and his wife Maggie of Parrish, 
  Fla., and Forrest Carlough and his wife Desiree of Elizabethtown; and two great-
  grandchildren, Colton Reed Segneri and Ellaina Rose Segneri. She was preceded 
  in death by her brother, Harold Yorty; and sisters Mildred Sutherly and Betty 
  Barrett. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 11 a.m. 
  at the Strauss-Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home, 48 W. Market St., Jonestown. Viewing 
  will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the 
  Hamlin "Klopps" Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may made 
  to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, PO Box 266, Enola, PA 17025.
