  Arthur Michael "Art" Rhen LEBANON Arthur Michael "Art" Rhen, age 76, of Douglas 
  passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at his residence following an extended 
  illness. Mr. Rhen, a native of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, had lived in the Douglas 
  area for several years. He was a retired accountant / bookkeeper. He was the 
  son of the late Michael Rhen and the late Florence Rittle Rhen, also by a step-
  son, Robert Timothy Riggins. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Rhen was a member 
  of the Covenant Christian Church. Survivors include his wife, Linda Davis Rhen 
  of Douglas, Ga.; four children, Rebecca Rhen, and James Rhen, both of 
  Rochester, Pennsylvania, Sherri Rhen, and Stephen Rhen, both of Texas; two 
  stepdaughters, Christine McCullum of Waycross, Ga., and Eva Marie Riggins of 
  Snipesville, Ga.; two brothers, Robert J. Rhen of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and 
  Dennis L. Rhen of McMurray, Pennsylvania; one sister, Janet Sostar of 
  Middletown, Pennsylvania; seven stepgrandchildren; a special friend, Tonya 
  Smith of Douglas, Ga.; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral 
  services will be Saturday, March 29, 2008, at 11 a.m., at Mr. Rhen's residence, 
  at 209 Bushnell Road, with the Rev. Gregory Pope and the Rev. Floyd Thompkins 
  officiating. The Interment will follow in the Royals Cemetery in Atkinson
