  Patsy E. Rhoads Patsy E. Rhoads, 59, of Fredericksburg passed away on Thursday, 
  July 24, 2008, at her home. She was the wife of Dennis L. Rhoads, and on March 
  28th, they celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary. Born in Texas on August 
  15, 1948, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Burgess 
  Gragsone. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Margaret 
  D. Cummings of Lebanon; sisters Shirley Sherrill of Batesville, Ariz., and Sue 
  Callen of Idaho; and grandchildren Delan Denne and Trent Draven Cummings. 
  Services will be private, and at the convenience of the family. Strauss-Kreamer 
  & Lum Funeral Home, Jonestown, is in charge of the arrangements.
