  Shirley K. Rothgaber, 67, of Lebanon died Saturday, August 30, 2008, at 
  ManorCare, Lebanon, Pa. She was the wife of the late Robert M. Rothgaber Sr. 
  Born in Lebanon on December 18, 1940, she was the daughter of the late James D. 
  and Edna Snyder Devine. She had worked at ManorCare, and retired as a CNA from 
  Cedar Haven Nursing Home. She is a 1958 graduate of Lebanon Catholic High 
  School. She loved to go to Atlantic City on bus trips to play the slot 
  machines, and also enjoyed clipping coupons. She devoted her entire life to her 
  five children. She will be very much loved and missed. She loved the parades in 
  town, and also the fairs at the fairgrounds. She was a member of St. Mary's 
  Church. Surviving are five children, Michelle M. Houtz of Lebanon, Belinda S., 
  wife of Robin Redding of Jacksonville, N.C., Lori A. Habart of Cleveland, Ohio, 
  Robert M. Rothgaber Jr. of Lebanon, and Brenda A. Rothgaber of Lebanon; four 
  brothers, James Devine of Camp Hill, Pa.; Richard Devine of Lebanon, Joseph 
  (Hilda) Devine of Millersburg, Pa.; and John (Ann) Devine of Lebanon; one 
  sister, Joanne Espenshade of Lebanon; 21 grandchildren; five great-
  grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services at 
  10:30 a.m. from Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon. Procession will gather Thursday 
  morning at 10 at Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. Ninth St., Lebanon, and 
  leave for the cemetery at 10:15. No flowers. Contributions in her name to the 
  American Cancer Society, Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042. Published in the Lebanon
