  Rita Brown Ruth, 72, formerly of Newmanstown died Thursday, May 15, 2008, of 
  natural causes in ECC Retirement Village, Stone Ridge Campus, Myerstown, where 
  she had been a resident since 2002. Born November 24, 1935, in Schaefferstown, 
  Lebanon County, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Mary (Brown) 
  Ruth. She was a 1953 graduate of Womelsdorf High School. She was an L.P.N., 
  last working at Cedar Haven, Lebanon, until her retirement. Survivors include 
  brother George W. Ruth of Womelsdorf; sisters Glenna Ruth of Lebanon, Anna Mae 
  Ruth of Womelsdorf, Mary MacNamara of Womelsdorf, Barbara Joseph of Florida, 
  Florence Mayes of Philadelphia; sister-inlaw Joyce, widow of Benton Ruth of 
  Womelsdorf; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers 
  John, Jay and Benton Ruth; and a sister, Margaret Horst. Services will be 
  private and at the convenience of the family The Hetrick – Mull Funeral Home 
  Inc., Womelsdorf, is in charge of arrangements
