  Schell, Helen Summy     
   
   
  Helen Summy Schell was born Aug. 12, 1913, to Joseph and Dena Summy in Penn, 
  Pa. She passed away on September 6, 2008, in Bradenton, Fla. Helen was a 
  graduate of Lebanon Valley College and received a master's of music education 
  from Temple University. Helen was married to Harvey Schell on June 29, 1946, by 
  the Rev. Marvin K. Schell, the groom's brother. She taught music education at 
  the elementary schools of South Lebanon. She was a member of the Lebanon County 
  Education Honor Society and Delta Kappa Gamma. She was a member of the Covenant 
  United Methodist Church in Lebanon, and was also the music director for many 
  years. She is survived by nephews Meredith, Marvin and Marcus; and niece 
  Marcia. Interment will be at Myerstown United Methodist Cemetery. Memorial 
  service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Covenant 
  United Methodist Church in Lebanon. Donations to the Covenant United Methodist 
  Church in Lebanon or the ASPCA would be appreciated.
