Sensenig, 55, of 710 Solanco Road, Quarryville, died unexpectedly on Monday, April 7, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Arlene Z. (Brubaker) Sensenig. They were married for 32 years on Nov. 22. Born in East Earl Township, he was the son of Lizzie (Brubaker) Sensenig of Mifflinburg, and the late Moses Z. Sensenig. Lloyd was a farmer, who in the last several years did some trucking too. He was a member of the Fairmount Mennonite Church. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by four children, Regina, married to Kelvin Martin of Reinholds, Daryl, married to Crystal (Weaver) Sensenig of Quarryville, Benita, married to Sheldon Nolt of Landisburg, and Bethany Sensenig, engaged to Jeffrey Sensenig, at home; 11 grandchildren, Weston, Leanna, Lanise and Daria Martin, Blake, Destiny, Brianna, and Kaycee Sensenig, and Tyrell, Jadon, and Carson Nolt; five brothers, Leon B., married to Eunice (Horst) Sensenig of Ephrata, Leroy B., married to Linda (Martin) Sensenig of Platteville, Wis., Harvey B., married to Lizzie (Zimmerman) Sensenig of Mifflinburg, Alvin B., married to Lizzie (Martin) Sensenig of Mifflinburg, Marvin B., married to Lydia (Horning) Sensenig of Penn Yan, N.Y.; seven sisters, Verna B., married to John G. Shirk of Middleburg, Arlene B., married to Clarence W. Shirk of Beavertown, Minerva B., married to Alvin M. Reiff of Mifflinburg, Ella Mae, married to Harvey M. Reiff of Mifflinburg, Anna Mary, married to John M. Reiff of Latham, Mo., Norma B., married to Vernon R. Martin of Lewisburg, and Miriam B., married to Paul R. Oberholtzer of Bloomington, Wis.; and a sister-in-law, Nancy (Ringler), married to Lowell Martin of Newville. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul B. Sensenig. His funeral will be held on Friday, April 11, at 9:30 a.m. at Little Britain Fellowship Center, 352 Nottingham Road, Quarryville, with further services at 10 a.m. at Fairmount Mennonite Church with Bishop Jeremiah O. Sensenig, Bishop Curvin Zimmerman, Bishop Lester M. Martin, and Clair Hurst officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held at Fairmount Homes Farm Crest Chapel on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Kindly omit flowers. The Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland, is in charge of arrangements.
