  Jennie E. Shuey, 87, of Countryside Christian Community, Annville, and formerly 
  of Palmyra, died Sunday, October 5, 2008, at the home. Born December 9, 1920, 
  in Grantville, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Ella (Lingle) Hetrick. 
  She retired from the H.B. Reese Candy Company, and was a member of St. John's 
  United Methodist Church, Grantville. Surviving are her husband of 67 years, 
  Paul D. Shuey; children Nancy, widow of Ronald Freed of Lebanon, Glenn, husband 
  of Janet Shuey of Hershey, Jim Shuey of Palmyra, Linda, wife of Martin Remsburg 
  of Hummelstown, Jerry, husband of Renee Shuey of Palmyra, Randy, husband of 
  Pamela Shuey of Hummelstown, and Robin, wife of Dave Lingle of Grantville; a 
  sister, Beulah, wife of Brent Outland of Michigan; 11 grandchildren; and nine 
  great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, October 9, 
  2008, at her church, 165 Firehouse Road, Grantville, preceded by a visitation 
  from 10 a.m. Burial will be in Grantville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may 
  be made to St. John's United Methodist Church, PO Box 130, Grantville, PA 
  17028.
