  Michael W. Shultz LEBANON Michael W. Shultz, 63, of San Francisco, California, 
  died Thursday, January 3, 2008, in his home. He was born August 23, 1944, in 
  Lebanon, Pa., to the late Dr. Walter W. Shultz and Dr. Betty H. Shultz of 
  Lebanon, Pa. He was a graduate of Mercersburg Academy, the University of 
  Pittsburgh, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy 
  from the University of CaliforniaSan Francisco. He is survived by his wife, 
  Louise Chase Shultz of San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter, Amy Shultz Herrera of 
  Alemeda, Calif.; grandson Diego Herrera; granddaughter Marisa Herrera; his 
  mother, Dr. Betty H. Shultz, Lebanon, Pa.; brothers Steven P. Shultz, Lebanon, 
  Pa., Timothy R. Shultz of Downington, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews. In 
  lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation, 
  800 Third Avenue, Fourth Floor, New York, New York 10022.
