  Jeffrey M. Smith, 125 N. Brown St., Lewistown, died at 5:36 p.m. Aug. 3, 2008, 
  in the Hershey Medical Center. Born Dec. 21, 1968, in Lebanon, Pa., he was a 
  son of Samuel and Marie Meyer Smith of Lebanon, Pa. He was the husband of Amy 
  Longenecker Smith, whom he married in 1989. He was a salesman for APR Supply 
  Co. Jeffrey was an avid hunter and fisherman, and very devoted father. He was a 
  member of the Presbyterian Church, Camp Buck Hunting Lodge, and the Board of 
  Mifflin County Youth Baseball. Surviving in addition to his parents are sons 
  Michael, Tyler and Nicholas, all at home; sister Sherry Hackman of Lebanon; and 
  brother David Smith of Lebanon. Funeral Thursday 10:30 a.m. at Presbyterian 
  Church, 17 E. Third St., Lewistown. Viewing Wednesday 7-9 p.m. at the Barr 
  Funeral Home Inc., 120 Logan St., Lewistown. Ministers are the Rev. William 
  King and the Rev. Robert Zorn. Interment in Mount Rock Cemetery. Memorials to 
  Presbyterian Church, 17 E. Third St.; or Mifflin County Youth Baseball, PO Box 
  11, Lewistown.
