  Joan E. Smith LEBANON Joan E. nee Winters Smith, 64 years, 219 White Oak 
  Circle, Lebanon, passed away at her residence on March 14, 2008 with her 
  husband Earl E. at her side. She was born in Lebanon on October 2, 1943 the 
  daughter of Paul and Emma Mease Winters. She had worked as a clerk at the K&G 
  Hardware in Palmyra. She is survived by her husband Earl E. Smith, daughter 
  Tammy J. wife of Michael Sites of Lebanon. Granddaughter Paige E. Sites. 
  Brothers: Walter husband of Arlene Winters, Myerstown. Earl husband of Arlene 
  Winters, and Robert husband of Grace Winters of Lebanon. Sisters: Grace 
  Kissner, Eden Prairie MN. Pauline wife of Richard Longenecker, Pine Grove, Pa., 
  Anna Mae wife of Rev. Eugene Hostetter, Lancaster, Christine wife of Donald 
  Irwin, Annville, Pa. Viewing will be Monday March 17 at 1 p.m. until time of 
  service at TaylorRuffner Funeral Home, Inc. 712 Chestnut St. Lebanon at 2 p.m. 
  Burial in Grandview Mem. Pk. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to 
  the American Cancer Society or the Children's Miracle Network, c/o Hershey 
  Medical Center.
