  William L. Smith ANNVILLE William L. Smith, 77, of Annville passed away on 
  Saturday, April 12, 2008, at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband 
  of Keiko I. Smith, and on June 10th, they would have celebrated their 50th 
  wedding anniversary. Born in Annville on December 14, 1930, he was the son of 
  the late William B. and Esther E. Fry Smith. He retired as a sergeant from the 
  U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service, serving in Korea and Vietnam. He was 
  a member of the Hill Lutheran Church, the Annville High School class of 1949, 
  the DAV, and the Annville American Legion, where he had also served as past 
  commander. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, Lucina Cassel 
  of Cornwall. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald F. Smith. Funeral 
  services will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2008, at 12:30 p.m. at the Kreamer 
  Funeral Home Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. No viewing. Visitation will be 
  one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery, East Hanover Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may 
  be made to his church at 998 N. Mill St., Lebanon, PA 17046.
