  Marian K. Snyder, 78, of Newmanstown died Monday, September 8, 2008, of natural 
  causes in St. Joseph's Medical Center, where she had been a patient since 
  September 3rd. She was the wife of the late William M. Snyder, who died October 
  22, 1998. Born March 19, 1930, in Womelsdorf, she was the daughter of the late 
  William and Margaret (Detterline) Oberly. She was a homemaker. She was a member 
  of Elias UCC, Newmanstown. Survivors include son Scott W. Snyder of Reading, 
  Pa., son Chris L. Snyder of Wasola, Mo.; daughter Kathy A. (Snyder) Spitler of 
  Stevens, Pa., daughter Tonya L. (Snyder) Hakenson of Mountain Home, Ark.; 
  sister Nancy L. (Oberly) Wolfe of Womelsdorf, Pa.; four grandchildren; one 
  great-grandchild. Graveside services will be Friday, September 12, 2008, at 2 
  p.m. in Millcreek Memorial Cemetery, Newmanstown. The Hetrick-Mull Funeral Home 
  Inc., Womelsdorf, Pa., is in charge of arrangements.
