  Ramon J. Souders HUMMELSTOWN Ramon J. Souders, 80, of Dartmouth Road, 
  Hummelstown, died Thursday, March 27, 2008, in HealthSouth Regional Specialty 
  Hospital, Mechanicsburg. Born September 1, 1927, in Myerstown, he was a son of 
  the late Ray L. and Sue (Hartman) Souders. He retired from Verizon Phone 
  Company, was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Hummelstown, a U.S. 
  Army veteran, and an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan. He was the widower of Betty 
  (Fenner) Souders, who died in 1993. Surviving are children Ray G. Souders of 
  Hummelstown and Suzanne M. Trout of Harrisburg; brothers Ralph Souders of Cedar 
  Rapids, Iowa, and Bruce Souders of Winchester, Virginia; sister Agnes Souders 
  of Palmyra; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services 
  will be held 1 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2008, at Buse Funeral Home, 2 East Main 
  Street, Hummelstown, preceded by a viewing from 12 – 1 p.m. Burial will be in 
  Hummelstown Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American 
  Diabetes Association, 3544 North Progress Ave., Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 
  17110.
