Spotts, 86, Cedar Haven, formerly of New Street, Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald B. Spotts. She was born in Annville on January 8, 1922, a daughter of the late Clarence and Laura Lease Bixler. She was a graduate of Annville High School class of 1939. She was a member of Stephens U.C.C., Lebanon, and was a former member of the Rescue Hose Co. No. 4 Ladies Auxiliary. She had also been a member of the Rescue Marching Club for many years. She was a bread distributor for Manbeck's Bread Company with her husband for several years. She loved to crochet and sew, but especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their musical concerts and performances. She is survived by sons, Jeffrey and wife Grace Spotts, and Bradley and wife Carolyn Spotts; grandchildren, Andrew Spotts, Stephen Spotts, Carrie Spotts, Ryan Spotts, Chris Goddard and Heather Dohner; great-grandchildren, Bryce Goddard, Darien Goddard and Zoey Dohner; sister, Betty, wife of Walter Quigley; also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sons, Donald C. Spotts, Kenneth L. Spotts, James D. Spotts; daughter, Judith A. Spotts; brothers Walter Bixler and Wilbur Bixler. Funeral services will be Saturday 10 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon. Interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to the time of service in the funeral home.
