  Shirley A. Stevens, 71, of 300 Clear Spring Road, Annville died Friday August 
  29, 2008 in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Merrill 
  G. Stevens to whom she was married to for 53 years. Born in Orbisonia, PA on 
  December 9, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Reuben and Ruth Morrow 
  Diven. She was retired from the Peanut Butter Cup Department at H. B. Reese 
  Candy Company, Hershey. She was a member of Bellegrove United Methodist Church 
  and a graduate of Orbisonia High School. Surviving in addition to her husband 
  is a son Galen E. and wife Susan Stevens of Palmyra, a daughter Pamela K. 
  Brookhart of Newport, two grandchildren Jason P. Stevens and Joshua D. 
  Brookhart, a brother Gary and wife Donna Diven of Lancaster, a sister Sylvia 
  wife of Dale Fleck of Phoenixville, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral 
  services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM from the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 
  E. Main St. Annville. Friends may call 1-2 PM prior to the services at the 
  Funeral Home. Friends may also call on Wednesday from 1-2 PM at the Martin 
  Brown Funeral Home, Ridgeway Street, Orbisonia with graveside services 
  beginning at 2:30 PM in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Shade Gap, PA. In lieu of 
  flowers, contributions may be made to the Bellegrove United Methodist Church, 
  R. D. #2, Annville, PA 17003.
