Stump, 54, of Lebanon went to be with his Lord on Friday, March 21, 2008. Born in Lebanon on November 9, 1953, he was the son of late Burnett and Lucille Stump. Jim was a devoted husband to his wife Gail for 36 years, and a loving father to his daughter, Teresa. He is also survived by son-inlaw Marlin Klinger; two step-grandsons; motherin-law Christine Seltzer; brothers Larry and Ronald Stump; several nieces and nephews; cousins; aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his brother, Roger. He was employed by A and H Industries of Myerstown. Jim was a devout Christian who enjoyed camping, designing web pages, and was a civil war buff and an avid Eagles fan. A talented musician, he played the drums and sang for 25 years, in his uncles band, the Ken Lightner Band. Jim was an integral member of the Lebanon County Fatherhood Initiative, and served as a volunteer and on the board as the communications director. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure and joy of knowing him. Services will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home Inc. at 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Viewing will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home, and also one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park.
