  Betty L. Surace, age 77, of Palmyra died Sunday, November 2, 2008, in the 
  Community General Osteopathic Hospital. She was born on October 26, 1931, in 
  Lebanon, Pa., to Peter and Verna Gossert Fink. She retired after 37 years of 
  employment from the H.B. Reese Candy Company, working in the peanut butter 
  wrapping department. She is a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Palmyra. 
  She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and dogs. 
  Surviving her is her mother, Verna Fink of Campbelltown; her children, Anthony 
  J. Surace and his wife, Kathy of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Jeanne M. Dougherty and 
  her husband, Fred of Hummelstown and Linda L. Woodford of Deerfield Beach, 
  Fla.; her grandchildren, Grey Bixler, Chase Woodford, Anthony Wert and Madison 
  Dougherty; her great-grandchildren, Brooke and Daisy Bixler; her brother, 
  Michael Fink, and his wife, Janet of Lebanon, Pa. Relatives and friends are 
  invited to a time of viewing on Thursday, November 6, 2008, from 10-11 at the 
  Rothermel Funeral Home Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, followed by a Mass of 
  Christian Burial at 11:30 at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 245 W. Pine St., 
  Palmyra. Burial will follow in the Hershey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, 
  memorial contributions may be given to the American Liver Foundation, 1341 N. 
  Delaware Avenue, Suite 209, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
