  Wayne E. Thomas, 66, of Palm City Park, Annville, died Friday, May 23, 2008, at 
  ManorCare, Lebanon. Born June 8, 1941, in Evansville, Indiana, he was the 
  youngest of 11 children to the late Raymond and Laura (Gerberich) Thomas. He 
  was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship, Palmyra, and the American Legion, 
  a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam era, and formerly a member of Shrewsbury 
  Gospel Temple. Surviving are his wife, Mary Ann (Lex) Thomas; step-daughters 
  Lori Bulley of Billings, Montana, Lynne Nye of Newport, and Karen Gontz of 
  Palmyra; grandchildren Nathan Bulley, Matthew Bulley, and Chelsea Gontz; and 
  his beloved Socks and Autumn. He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher 
  W. Thomas. Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at 
  Victory Christian Fellowship, 695 East Ridge Road, Palmyra, preceded by a 
  viewing from 11 a.m. Burial will be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. In 
  lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his church, 695 East 
  Ridge Road, Palmyra, PA 17078; or the American Lung Association, 3001 Old 
  Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Published in the Lebanon Daily News on
