  Lois I. Van Winkle CARSONVILLE Lois I. Van Winkle, age 68, passed away Sunday, 
  March 16, 2008, at her home. She was formerly of Lebanon, daughter of the late 
  Phares and Grace Reber, and was the wife of the late William "Rip" Van Winkle. 
  Mrs. Van Winkle is survived by two sons, a grandson, a greatgranddaughter, four 
  sisters, three step-sons and a step-daughter. There will be no services. John 
  R. Shultz Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
