  Victor A. Vernon Jr., Lebanon, died Thursday, November 27, 2008, in the Lebanon 
  VA Medical Center. He was born in Lebanon on October 9, 1943, a son of the late 
  Victor A. and Cora A. Vernon Sr.. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. 
  Army, and had been employed by UPS in Harrisburg. He is survived by sons 
  Kenneth L. Vernon of Pittsburgh, Christopher L. Vernon of Lebanon, Victor A. 
  Vernon III of Lebanon; three grandchildren; sister Patricia Clay of Lebanon; 
  and a stepbrother. Graveside interment services will be Monday 11 a.m. in the 
  Ebenezer Covenant Cemetery, Route 72 North, Lebanon. Viewing will be Sunday 
  from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, Fifth and Cumberland streets, 
  Lebanon.
