"Dolly" Gloria M. "Dolly" Weaber, 78, of 101 S. Railroad St., Palmyra, died Sunday, December 28, 2008, in her residence. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. Weaber. She was born January 31, 1930, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Daniel and Minerva Whitman Hoke. She was a retired employee of the former Kreider's Shoe Factory, Palmyra. Gloria served as the assistant manager of the Inter Faith Manor, Palmyra. She was a life member of the Elstonville Sportsman Club, former member of the Dela-Ches Fishing Club, Lawn, and she enjoyed playing bingo. She is survived by children Roy L., husband of Kim Weaber, and Toots, wife of Jesse Winsett, both of South Annville Township; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sons David A. Weaber and Tim E. Weaber; brothers Daniel "Sonny" Hoke and Ken Hoke. Funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, with a viewing beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will be made in the Quentin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
