  Mabelle V. "Betsy" Weinhold LEBANON Mabelle V. "Betsy" Weinhold, 74, of 1209 
  Heritage Lane, Lebanon, died Tuesday, January 15, 2008, in Cedar Haven. She was 
  born February 4, 1933, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Simon R. and Grace M. 
  Espenshade Heisey. She was a member of Millcreek Evangelical Lutheran Church, 
  Newmanstown. She enjoyed to cook and was a chef at many local restaurants, 
  including the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, the Copper Kettle, Smith's 
  Restaurant and Cal's Restaurant. She was noted for the many jokes she shared 
  and she enjoyed music such as easy listening and the Gaither's. Surviving are 
  husband Carl E. Weinhold of Lebanon; daughter Cynthia Blecker of Lebanon; 
  sister Margaret Dowhower of Lebanon; grandchildren Gary Fox and Gina, spouse of 
  Mike Kaplan; great-grandchildren Rachel and Dylan Kaplan. She was preceded in 
  death by son Bruce H. Weinhold on Feb. 11, 1973. Viewing is scheduled for 
  Monday, January 21, 2008, from 9-10 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home Inc., 226 
  Cumberland Street, Lebanon, followed by services at 10 a.m.. Burial will be at 
  Grand View Memorial Park. Memorials can be sent to American Heart Association, 
  PO Box 1263, Lebanon, PA 17042.
