  Weitzel, Marian L.    
   
  Marian L. Weitzel, 84, 2829 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, and formerly of 49 North 
  Wolf Street, Manheim, died Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at Lancashire Hall following 
  a lengthy illness. Born in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late Elias W. 
  and Ella Mary Putt Kreiser. A homemaker, she was the wife of the late Thomas E. 
  Weitzel Sr., who died in 1998. Marian was a member of the former Manheim Church 
  of God; she was a 1941 graduate from Schaefferstown High School. Her interests 
  included collecting "Teddy Bears" and "Hess Trucks." Surviving are a daughter, 
  Kay F. Weitzel of Manheim; a son, Thomas E. Jr., husband of Mary Biswell 
  Weitzel of Chula, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren. 
  She was preceded in death by five brothers, Charles, Donald, Richard, Robert, 
  and Edwin Kreiser. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her 
  funeral service from the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim, Pa., on 
  Friday, June 20, 2008, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Victor R. Shifler officiating. 
  Interment in Manheim Fairview Cemetery, Penn Township. There will be a public 
  viewing at the funeral home on Friday afternoon from 2 p.m. until the time of 
  the service. Please omit flowers. Those desiring may send contributions in 
  Marian's memory to the Manheim Veterans Memorial Ambulance Association, P. O. 
  Box 483, Manheim, PA 17545; or Hope Fire Engine and Hose Company No. 1 of 
  Manheim, 83 South Main Street, Manheim, PA 17545. The Buch Funeral Home Manheim 
  in charge of arrangements. .
