  Wanda L. Welsh, 51,of Hershey passed away Thursday, September 25, 2008, in the 
  Palmyra Nursing Home. She was born October 9, 1956, in Hershey, and graduated 
  from Hershey High School in 1976. Wanda was a retired employee of the Hershey 
  Company; a member of Chocolate Worker's Local No. 464, and the First United 
  Methodist Church in Hershey. Surviving are her parents, Robert and Helen (Hein) 
  Fisher of Hershey; two sisters, Cynthia Miffitt and husband Lawrence of 
  Manchester, Conn., and Robin Nauss of Mt. Joy; a brother, William Fisher and 
  wife Suzanne, and their son, Justin of Harrisburg; her birth-father, John Nye; 
  stepsisters Jodi Nye and Nancy Mavretic and family, all of Harrisburg. Services 
  will be held Monday, September 29, 2008, at 11 a.m. in her church at 64 W. 
  Chocolate Avenue in Hershey. A visitation will be held Sunday 6 to 8 p.m. in 
  the Hoover Funeral Home and Crematory, Route No. 422 and Lucy Avenue, Hershey, 
  and Monday in the church from 10:30 a.m. until service time, followed by 
  interment in the Hershey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers 
  memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, P O Box 897, 
  Hershey, PA 17033.
