  Eugene J. Wolfe, 77, of Lebanon died Wednesday, December 10, 2008, in his home 
  surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Lorraine Mae Strohm 
  Wolfe, with whom he celebrated 56 years of marriage with on July 12, 2008. Born 
  in Seudeburg, Pa., on October 4, 1931, he was the son of the late Jacob H. and 
  Grace Dundore Wolfe. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, where he 
  received a Purple Heart. He retired from the Bethlehem Steel Company, Lebanon. 
  Eugene was a member of the Lebanon VFW, Jonestown American Legion, and was 
  active with the 40/8 train years ago. He enjoyed collecting coins, gardening, 
  and spending time with his children and grandchildren. In addition to his wife, 
  he is survived by daughters Joy, wife of Jonathan Deck of Lebanon, Laurie, wife 
  of William Kline of Lebanon; sons Eugene J. Wolfe Jr. and his wife, Lisa of 
  Lebanon, Thomas E. Wolfe and his wife, Kristen of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren; 
  three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. in 
  the Rohland Funeral Home Inc., Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon, with a 
  viewing beginning at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment will 
  be in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, with full military honors. In lieu of 
  flowers, contributions may be made to The Salvation Army, 2211 Cumberland St., 
  Lebanon, PA 17042; or Hospice of the Good Samaritan Hospital, 202 Hathaway 
  Park, Lebanon, PA 17042.
