  Edward H. Zechman, 83, of Palmyra died Wednesday, August 20, 2008, in the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. Born in Danville, he was the son of the late Rev. 
  Edward H. and Julia E. Zechman, and was also preceded in death by his sister, 
  Fern Ferster. He was a dispenser of hearing aids in Palmyra and Lebanon, a 
  member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Palmyra, and a U.S. Navy veteran of 
  World War II and the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, M. Jean Zechman; 
  children Stacey E. Zechman of Harrisburg, Doyle R. Zechman of Palmyra and 
  Melissa M., wife of Gerald Faber of Honey Brook; and grandchildren Ian Zechman 
  and Hannah Faber. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 
  2008, at Trinity United Church of Christ, 40 West Pine Street, Palmyra, 
  preceded by a visitation from 6 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the 
  family in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. In lieu of flowers, contributions may 
  be made to his church, 40 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078. Published in the
