  Leon J. Zimmerman Leon J. Zimmerman, 63, 1546 Mt. Zion Road, Lebanon, died 
  Wednesday, July 23, 2008, in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the 
  husband of Deborah M. Noll Zimmerman. He was born in Lebanon on April 8, 1945, 
  son of the late Phaon and Beulah Felty Zimmerman. He was the owner/operator of 
  Shenk's Floor Covering, Lebanon. He was an active member of Outwood Evangelical 
  Lutheran Church, serving as president of church council. He was a 1963 graduate 
  of Northern Lebanon High School, where he was active in FFA on the local, state 
  and national levels. He was past president of the Lebanon Jaycees, and had held 
  several local, state and national offices, as well as receiving a Jaycee 
  Senatorship. An active community leader, he was extremely active in numerous 
  Masonic fraternal and civic organizations. He was a life member of Mt. Zion 
  Fire Co. Surviving in addition to his wife are children Vickie L., wife of 
  Kenneth DeLoatch of Annville, Dale E., husband of Debra A. Zimmerman of 
  Jonestown; step-son Mark A. Bixler of Parker, Colo.; grandchildren Brandi 
  Donmoyer, Travis Donmoyer, Jessica Zimmerman, George Reigle III, Curtis Reigle, 
  Michelle Zimmerman, Haley Hirn; sisters Marie, wife of Robert Kase of Florida, 
  Dawn, wife of Howard Stickler of Lebanon, Kay, wife of Fred Dimmick of 
  Greenpoint, Sandra, wife of Benjamin Wagner of Mt. Wilson; sister-in-law Susan 
  Zimmerman of Fredericksburg; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in 
  death by his first wife, JoAnna M. Fasnacht Zimmerman; son Bryan D. Zimmerman; 
  sisters Shirley Zimmerman, Jaine Zimmerman; and brother P. Robert Zimmerman. 
  Funeral service Monday, July 28, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., Rohland Funeral Home 
  Inc., Fifth and Cumberland streets, Lebanon, where a viewing will be held 
  Sunday 6 to 9 p.m., and Monday 9:30 a.m. to time of service. Interment Outwood 
  Cemetery, Pine Grove.
