  Mary L. "Susie" Zook NEWMANSTOWN Mary L. "Susie" Zook, 62, of Newmanstown died 
  Saturday, April 12, 2008, in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, Pa. She was 
  the wife of Joseph C. Zook, to whom she was married 42 years on October 15. 
  Born in Meadville, Pa., on September 3, 1945, she was the daughter of the late 
  Henry "Pete" M. and Violet I. (Collins) Wilson. She was a 1963 graduate of 
  Huntingdon Area High School. She worked as the head cook at Schaefferstown 
  Elementary School for 27 years, retiring in 2007. She was a member of Faith 
  Baptist Church, Lebanon. For many years, she had been the corresponding 
  secretary for the Lebanon County Farm Womens Group No. 9, and was a member of 
  the Schaefferstown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, 
  traveling and spending time with her family. In addition to her husband, she is 
  survived by daughters Linda K., wife of David Rhodes Jr. of Myerstown, Pa., and 
  Barbara S., wife of Duane Wilkins of Rexmont, Pa.; sons Joseph "Ed" Zook of 
  Newmanstown, Pa., and Theodore "Ted" Zook of Lebanon, Pa.; sisters Judith, wife 
  of Scott Roher of Three Springs, Pa., Donna Engle of Carlisle, Pa., and Yvonne 
  Malloy of Newburg, Pa.; brother Merle Wilson of Williamsport, Pa.; and three 
  grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. 
  Services will be held Thursday, April 17, 2008, at 11 a.m. from Grose Funeral 
  Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, Pa. Viewing Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 
  p.m. and Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment at Schaefferstown Cemetery, 
  Schaefferstown, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to 
  the Schaefferstown Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, Schaefferstown, PA 17088; or 
  Faith Baptist Church Mission Fund, 220 S. 22nd Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
