  Bernice Ballen PHILADELPHIA Bernice (Klass) Ballen died Thursday, October 15, 
  2009. She was the wife of the late Dr. Fredrick Ballen. She was the mother of 
  Maxine (John A. Jones) Ballen Jones and Marcia (Robert) Fisch; sister of 
  Eleanor Rudin; grandmother of David (Nicole) Fisch and Joshua Fisch; and 
  greatgrandmother of Zoe and Nathan. Relatives and friends are invited Sunday 
  beginning at 12:30 p.m. to Platt Memorial Chapels, Inc., 2001 Berlin Road, 
  Cherry Hill, N.J., where funeral services will begin promptly at 1 p.m. 
  Interment wil be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the 
  Philadelphian, 2401 Penna. Ave., Philadelphia, in Community Room A, minyon at 7 
  p.m. Contributions may be made to Cong. Beth Israel, 411 S. Eighth St., 
  Lebanon, PA 17402
