  Lena M. Bashore TULPEHOCKEN TWP. Lena M. Bashore, 72, went to see her Saviour 
  on Thursday, November 19, 2009. She was the wife of Lee E. Bashore, and on July 
  16, 2009, they celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary. Born in Jackson Twp., 
  on June 25, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Beulah Hibshman 
  Risser. She was a member of the Meckville Mennonite Church, and had worked and 
  volunteered for Jubilee Ministries in Lebanon. She enjoyed quilting and she 
  will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In 
  addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Gerald L., husband of Dale 
  Bashore of Womelsdorf; daughters, Darlene K., wife of Peter Reifsnyder of 
  Wernersville, Ann M., wife of Edward Heston of Mt. Aetna, and Joan L. Sensenig 
  of Jonestown; brothers, Mahlon Risser of Akron and Carl Risser of Neffsville; 
  sisters, Frances Batdorf of Myerstown and Ruth Bashore of Mt. Aetna; and nine 
  grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at 
  11 a.m. at the Little Swatara Church of the Brethren, 31 Rehrersburg Road, 
  Bethel. Viewing will be on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum 
  Funeral Home, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown, and one hour prior to 
  the service at the church. Interment will be in the Frystown Cemetery. In lieu 
  of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jubilee Ministries, 235 S. 
  12th St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
