  Stella (Estella) M. Beam died Saturday, May 9, 2009, in Spang Crest Manor at 
  the age of 97. Born in Zagreb, Croatia, on July 30, 1912, she was the daughter 
  of the late Albert and Teresa Mikoni who were longtime residents of Pleasant 
  Hill. Stella, before her retirement, was employed at the Lebanon Steel Foundry 
  in the metallurgical department for many years. She was a member of St. 
  Benedict the Abbot Church. Surviving is a daughterin-law, Loraine Beam; two 
  grandchildren, Stephanie Stamm & Audrey Kocon; four sisters, Helen Crouse, 
  Elizabeth Hatter, Louise Budy and Ann Bathory; one brother, Thomas Mikoni, and 
  a score of nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Richard J. 
  Beam; one sister Mary Adams; and one brother Joseph Mikoni. Funeral Mass on 
  Friday at 10:00 from St. Benedict the Abbot Church, 1300 Lehman St., Lebanon 
  17046. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Thursday evening 6-7:30 
  with recitation of the rosary at 7:30 and Friday morning 9-9:30 at Thompson 
  Funeral Home Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon 17042. Published in the Lebanon
