"Spark" Wilbert H. "Spark" Belleman Sr., 76, of Myerstown died Friday, February 20, 2009 in the Lebanon V.A. Medical Center. He was the husband of Ellen E. Eichert Belleman of whom he was married to for 44 years. He was born in Lebanon on December 23, 1932, son of the late Wilbert J. Belleman and the former Myrtle Irene Sholly. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War where he earned the Combat Inf. Badge, Korean Service Medal and 3 bronze stars. He retired from the Lebanon Steel Foundry after 20 years of service. He was a life long member of the Disabled American Veterans, Delaware V.F.W., Delaware American Legion, Ocean View V.F.W., Oak Orchard, Millsboro, DL and Friedensburg Rod & Gun Club. He was also a member the Mt. Zion Road Church of the Brethren, Lebanon. "Spark" enjoyed playing the Steel Guitar for the Sunshine Valley Boys and the country group "The Undecided". In addition to his wife he is survived by his son: Brian L. Belleman and wife Debra, Myerstown; daughters: Brenda Ramos, Lebanon; Sandra Nberi, Lebanon; Step Children: Vickie E. wife of Gary Rank, Lebanon; Raymond V. Artz, Jr. and wife Carolyn, Annville; 13 grandchildren; 35 greatgrandchildren; sisters: Joanne Artz, Annville; Sandra Weber, Palmyra; Kay White, Lebanon; brother: Ernest "Butch" Brightbill, Annville. He was preceded in death by sisters: Carol Snyder and Marjorie Stevens. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 8:00 PM in the Rohland Funeral Home, 5th & Cumberland St., Lebanon with a viewing beginning at 6:00 PM until the time of the service. Interment will be held Saturday, February 28, 2009 in the St. John's Union Cemetery, Friedensburg, PA. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lebanon VA Medical Center Hospice Unit, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Building #1, 4th Floor, Lebanon, PA 17042.
