  Samuel M. Blauch, Sr. MYERSTOWN Samuel M. Blauch, Sr., 70, died Thursday, 
  September 24, 2009, in his residence. He was the husband of Shirley M. Bare 
  Blauch, with whom he celebrated 45 years of marriage. He was born in Lebanon, 
  on December 8, 1938, a son of the late William and Helen Whitman Blauch. He had 
  worked at Sheridan Supply Company for over 20 years. Mr. Blauch was a member of 
  the Victory Chapel in Hamburg and was a member of R. Field and Stream of 
  Lebanon. He enjoyed playing bingo and card games, and was an avid Phillies fan. 
  In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, Samuel and wife, Brenda 
  Bogner Blauch of Palmyra, James and wife, Sandy Fry Blauch of Lebanon, Lisa, 
  wife of Kevin Bickel of Myerstown, John and wife, Lisa Taraschi Blauch of 
  Lebanon, Michael Blauch of Lebanon, Steven and wife, Laura Swank Blauch of 
  Lebanon, Scott Blauch of Annville, and Jason Blauch of Myerstown; 23 
  grandchildren; one greatgrandchild; brothers, William Blauch of Lebanon, Robert 
  and wife, Lena Blauch of Jonestown, and John and wife, Ann Blauch of Lebanon; 
  and sisters, Barbara Gloud of Lebanon and Georgeanna Bossler of Lebanon. He was 
  preceded in death by brother, Melvin Blauch, and sister, Helen Bare. Funeral 
  service will be held Tuesday, September 29, at 11 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral 
  Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Viewing will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. in 
  the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American 
  Cancer Society, Lebanon Unit, P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
