Thomas E. Boger, 59, of 410 E. Lancaster St., Red Lion, PA, died Monday, April 27, 2009, in the York Hospital. He was the husband of Linda Marie (Boger) Boger. They had celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary last June. Born in Dallas, Texas, on October 12, 1949, he was the son of the late Claude and Leona Beridon Boger. He was a directing business representative for District 98 I.A.M. & A.W. He was part of the labor movement for 25 years. He was a 1968 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and a member of St. Joseph's Church, Dallastown. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, going to flea markets and especially going to all family functions. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan. Surviving in additon to his wife, Linda, are 3 daughters, Jennifer L. Boger of Red Lion, Danielle M. DiGilio of Lebanon and Erin M., wife of Branden Brunner; 6 grandchildren, Felix, Cheri, Jaiden, Jackson, Jacob and Kennedy; 1 brother, Ted Boger of Waterloo, Iowa; 2 sisters, Lorretta Weaver of Georgia and Claudia Adey of Tremont; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Boger. Funeral services on Friday at 1:00 p.m. from St. Paul The Apostle Church, 125 S. Spruce St., Annville, 17003. Interment Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N. Weber St., Annville 17003. Viewing hours Thursday evening 6-9 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon 17042, and Friday from 12-1 at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to District 98 Organizing Fund, 3200 E. Prospect St., York 17402, or Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Lebanon, 746 Cumberland St., Lebanon 17042.
