  Elmer J. Boltz FREDERICKSBURG Elmer J. Boltz, 84, of Fredericksburg, died 
  December 27, 2009, of natural causes at his residence. He was predeceased by 
  his companion, Bessie I. (Weidman) Walborn in 2003. Born in Frystown, he was 
  the son of the late Edwin and Laura (Spitler) Boltz. He was employed at 
  Penfield Feed Mill, Lancaster, for many years until retirement. He was a member 
  of St. Paul's U.C.C., Hamlin. He was also a member of the Frystown, Mt. Aetna, 
  Bethel, and Mt. Zion Fire Companies. He is survived by five sons, Dennis E. 
  Boltz of Myerstown, Jerry E. Boltz of Lenhartsville, Alan R. Boltz of 
  Bernville, Lynn V. Boltz of Leesport, and Lee M. Boltz of Bethel; three 
  daughters, Faye A. Trent of Hanover, Jane S. Armes of Hedgesville, W.Va., and 
  Lisa M. Hetrick of Bernville; a step daughter, Helen M. Walborn of 
  Fredericksburg; two stepsons, Barry L. Walborn of Jonestown, and Dennis C. 
  Walborn of Fredericksburg; two brothers, Alvin Boltz of Fredericksburg, and 
  Benjamin Boltz of Myerstown; and a sister, Mabel Rudy of Fredericksburg. He is 
  also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 19 greatgrandchildren. Services will be 
  held 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Paul's U.C.C., Hamlin, with the Rev. Andrew G. 
  Wilson officiating. Interment at St. Paul's U.C.C. Cemetery, Hamlin. Friends 
  are invited to call Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. at Hill Funeral Home, Rehrersburg and 
  Wednesday 10 to 11 a.m. at the Church.
