  Shelby J. Bord, 68, Plaza Apts., Lebanon, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009, in the 
  Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born in Lebanon on January 11, 1941, 
  daughter of Lena M. Wentz Bordner, Lebanon, and the late Robert W. Bordner Sr. 
  She was a medical billing clerk for Premium Medical Management, Palmyra. She 
  was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 
  Lebanon. Surviving in addition to her mother are a sister: Sandra L. Carpenter, 
  Lebanon; brother Robert W. Bordner Jr., Lebanon, and their families. Memorial 
  service Monday July 6, 2009, at 7 p.m. at Church of the Good Shepherd UM 
  Church, 1500 Quentin Rd., Lebanon, where friends will be received Monday 
  beginning at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American 
  Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon 17042. The Rohland Funeral Home Inc., 
  Lebanon, is in charge of arrangements.
