Bowman, 89, died Sunday, September 13, 2009, in Twin Oaks Nursing Home, Campbelltown. He was the husband of Lucille E. Stober Bowman, with whom he celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary this past April. Born in North Londonderry Twp., September 26, 1919, he was the son of the late Charles and Velva Yorty Bowman. Ralph was employed at Bethlehem Mines, Annville as a Lime Bagger. He was a member of the Annville United Methodist Church, a life member of the Dela-Ches Fishing Association, Lawn, and enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting, and fishing. Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a son, Jeffrey A., husband of Connie Bowman of Annville; and a daughter, Sandra L., wife of Claude 'Butch' Ebersole of Lebanon; five grandchildren; five greatgrandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren survive him. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 100 Brown St., STE 21, Middletown, PA 17057.
